Our client is seeking a Project Scheduler (P6) to join their team. As a Project Scheduler, you will be part of the project management team supporting various execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Scheduler (P6)

Location: New Albany, OH (Hybrid Work Schedule)

Pay Range: $48hr

What's the Job?

Define activities, duration, work sequences, and relationship logic to develop project plans and milestones.

Develop fully integrated system schedules for complex and intermediate scope of work execution teams.

Organize and lead schedule review meetings with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

Engage with teams to create schedules and provide updates, alerting them to potential risks and issues.

Administer project management standards and assist in managing projects to those standards.

What's Needed?

A qualified Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of four (4) years of scheduling experience.

Proficiency in Primavera (P6) scheduling software, with recent experience required.

Strong knowledge of project management principles and utility-specific operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
