What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts within the US IT staffing space
Leverage your relationships to deliver fast, consistent results
Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to provide top-tier service
Use your deep understanding of IT staffing trends, technologies, and client needs to close deals and exceed targets
Must-Have Qualifications:
2–5 years of proven success in US IT staffing sales (business development role – not recruiting)
Hands-on experience with direct clients (not Tier 1s or implementation partners)
Demonstrated ability to generate $500K+ in gross margins annually
You have a book of business or client network you can confidently bring to Strivector
Strong belief in your ability to close new business within the first 90 days
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
