Description

Summary:

The Pricing Support Specialist plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy and consistency across all customer accounts and internal systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer pricing files, including contract pricing and promotional pricing.

Accurately load and manage pricing data in ERP systems and customer portals.

Analyze pricing discrepancies and assist in resolving pricing-related issues with internal teams and customers.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate pricing implementation.

Prepare reports and analysis related to pricing activity and performance.

Support audits and reviews of pricing structures to ensure compliance and profitability.

Monitor expiration dates on customer pricing and assist in renewal or revision processes.

Assist with pricing simulations, scenario planning, and margin analysis as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting preferred.

Familiarity with ERP systems such as Ross, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in a pricing, data entry, or analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
