PRISM seeks a Service Desk Technician to provide White-Glove Support. You'll be the primary contact, proactively addressing needs and ensuring a seamless technology experience.
Your Role:
Deliver unparalleled "white glove" support, anticipating needs.
Be the main point of contact for IT issues.
Offer proactive, personalized tech guidance.
Expertly troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Support meetings and critical tech needs.
Manage and prioritize requests with urgency and detail.
Perform advanced device/software configuration and maintenance.
Provide professional on-site and remote support.
Document interactions and resolutions thoroughly.
Collaborate with IT teams on complex issues.
Maintain deep understanding of supported tech.
Build strong relationships with supported users.
Recommend tech improvements.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding.
Potentially manage loaner equipment.
What You Bring:
Eligibility to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
High School Diploma/equivalent (Associate's/Bachelor's preferred).
3+ years of Service Desk/IT support experience.
Proven high-touch, customer-focused support (ideally white glove/VIP).
Excellent troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network).
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office Suite, business apps.
Experience with remote support tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
