Sr. Network Engineer

This position is 100% onsite in Seaside, CA.

Due to Federal Government Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship, and must have an Active DOD Secret Clearance.

PRISM seeks a seasoned Network Engineer to join our IT Operations team! You'll be instrumental in the secure installation, configuration, maintenance, and administration of our diverse network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), IDS/IPS, COMSEC (TACLANE/EKMS), load balancers (F5), DNS, AnyConnect, ClearPass, SolarWinds, and wireless.

Your Impact:

Proactively monitor, administer, and maintain a complex network environment.

Securely install and configure various network devices.

Perform disaster recovery and data backups as needed.

Implement and enforce network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

Expertly troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, replacing faulty components.

Continuously monitor network performance and implement necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with network users to resolve system problems.

Operate master consoles for network and system performance monitoring.

Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise network assets.

What You Bring:

Full Adjudicated Active DoD Secret.

8570-8140 Compliant (IAT II CompTIA Security+ CE or similar).

Proven experience with DoD STIG Security Technology Implementation Guide processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Associate's degree preferred, but equivalent experience is valued.
