Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and executive support senior staff members to include pastoral staff, church administrator and directors of missions.
Duties
Manage calendars of the Executive Leadership Team including travel arrangement, scheduling appointments and communicating updates
Communication functions to include email, phone calls, drafting letters and preparing responses
Maintain records of church events and meetings as well as membership records
Oversee organization of the main office including purchasing office supplies, managing phone calls and ensuring a tidy, well stocked work space
Assist in planning and coordinating special services and other church events
Assist with coordinating volunteers
Provide general clerical support to clergy and other church staff membersQualifications:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office to include Publisher, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Minimum of 3 years experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in a church or non-profit organization
Must have ability to multi-task and remain organized at all times#DP2
