Audit Representative

POSITION SUMMARY:
This entry-level position will be responsible for engaging with Westlake Flooring Dealers, Auctions, and Shops. They will be responsible for ensuring that the dealers receive an excellent customer service or help with their questions or concerns when it comes to audits. This individual will also interact with other departments internally.
This individual should have the ability to deal patiently with problems and complaints and to remain courteous when faced with difficult or irate dealers. He/she needs to be able to work independently within specified time constraints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle inbound/outbound calls.
Provide dealers with accurate account information about their audit.
Act as the point of contact for the dealer to answer audit questions.
Review documents provided during an audit or to clear an audit.
Other duties as assigned
Recognize potential issues from audit results
Contact dealers, repair shops, auctions, and other companies in an effort to reconcile collateral audits.
Work with Area and Account Mangers on non-responsive or high-risk accounts to mitigate losses
Communicate effectively to invested parties on escalated audit issues.
Assist 3rd party auditors with requests and make decisions on how to conclude higher risk audits with unresolved items.
Document all efforts to reconcile collateral audits in 3rd party website
Other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & LICENSES:
Strong understanding of Financial Statements and all Financial Ratios.
Strong communications skills (Written and Verbal).
Detail-oriented and is exceptional with time management & organizational skills. Comfortable and confident when explaining all credit decisions.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
Working in a fast-paced environment.
Generating and distributing reports, without sending an overabundance of information.
Confident in making quick and well thought out decisions. Detail-oriented and is exceptional with time management & organizational skills.
Comfortable and confident when explaining loss mitigation efforts Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required
Bachelor's degree, preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Pay Rate:
$17.28 per hour depending on experience.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
