Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage employee schedules
Training and supporting employees
Monitoring employee performance
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research the issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going above and beyond to provide satisfaction
Leave notes highlighting key points of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Help to meet personal and team target goals
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm $19-$23/hr

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Managerial experience required
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
High school degree or equivalent
