Job Description Overview:
Our Advanced Electromagnetic Technical Division specializes in innovative electromagnetic-related signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) system design. We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to assist in the development of novel signal integrity and power integrity technology using both AI and conventional SI simulation tools. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in SI/PI simulation, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to performance or methodology enhancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct signal integrity and power integrity simulations.
Analyze simulation results and study design improvements.
Research improvements in simulation methodology.
Assist in setting up standardized processes for new methodology implementation.
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic understanding of electromagnetic theory and transmission line theory.
Experience in AI image recognition and generation applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with 3D/2.5D electromagnetic simulation software is a plus (e.g., HFSS, SIwave, Sigrity, ADS) is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Education
Current enrollment in a BS or MS program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience or coursework in signal integrity and power integrity simulations.
Familiarity with AI applications in signal integrity and electromagnetic simulations.
Proficiency in Mandarin communication is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Primarily based in an office or hybrid environment
Involves prolonged periods of sitting and using office equipment such as a computer.
Flexibility in working hours to collaborate with teams in Taiwan.
