Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have a need for a Facilities Project Integration Manager, in this role you will manage the planning, prioritization, and execution of US Armed Forces facility projects by overseeing CTOs, funding, and design status; coordinating with key stakeholders; monitoring construction progress; and supporting strategic basing, project programming, approvals, FSRM planning, and validation documentation. This role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities
Develop Courses of Action using analytical tools, supporting data, and estimates to recommend strategic basing actions. Coordinate, consolidate, and prepare project programming documents (DD1391s, cost estimates, Basis of Estimates, vector checks in the Comprehensive Planning Platform, and other supporting documents) for O&M projects at US Armed Forces locations in accordance with policies, UFCs, and procedures, while also providing analysis and recommendations as needed.
Review, analyze, coordinate, staff, and track project approval request packages through the Higher Headquarters Project Authorization Tool and Emergent Requirement Request SharePoints, including assessment of project requirements, execution methods, alternatives, and cost estimates.
Support planning, assessment, and development of US Armed Forces FSRM projects while collaborating with US Armed Forces agencies to meet program goals and mission requirements, including reviewing planning charette reports and conducting comparative analyses.
Assist installations in completing project validation documentation to support development and military construction IPL tool uploads.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 10 yearsâ experience with a broad knowledge of US Armed Forces and DoD corporate processes, and strategic partnerships
Facilities project execution and oversight experience in DoD

Desired Skills:
Headquarters experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.
Civil Engineer experience in the US Armed Forces highly desired
