Requirements

Establish and enhance the Sales & Operations infrastructure for the Americas.

Design, implement, and optimize systems and processes to support effective demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and sales analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive initiatives.

S&OP Platform Development including software systems, data architecture, and reporting tools.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing S&OP processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop & Implement solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and increase efficiency.

Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop accurate demand forecasts. Implement statistical models and demand planning tools to improve forecast accuracy and reliability.

Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts. Develop strategies and implement inventory control measures.

Production Planning: Partner with manufacturing and operation teams to develop production plans aligned with demand forecast and inventory targets. Implement scheduling tools & capacity planning models to optimize production efficiency.

Performance Analysis: Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the S&OP process. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends, demand fluctuations, and operations performance.

Cross-Functional collaboration: collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, finance, supply chain and IT, to ensure alignment of S&OP initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Change Management: lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new S&OP processes and systems. Provide training and support to end users to facilitate smooth implementation and transition.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in S&OP and supply chain management. Identify opportunities for innovation and lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operation excellence. Qualifications:

Education Level: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business or a related field. Master's degree - advantage.

Yrs. of Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain analytics. Proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and optimizing S&OP processes and systems.

Experience with S&OP software platforms such as SAP IBP, power BI or similar systems.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. Change management experience with the ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Knowledge of: S&OP, IT, KPIs, IBP, Power BI Preferred: American Production & Inventory Control Society Certified in Production and Inventory Management
