General Requirements:
Authorized to work in the U.S.
18 years of age or older
50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
Basic Computer Skills
2+ years of successful supervisory experience
Highly developed communication skills - a plus!
Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
Some Plumbing and welding is a plus
Mechanical such as changing Hyd motors and bearings Physical Requirements:
Able to lift at least 50lbs.
Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Capable of working in both extreme weather elements - hot and cold Responsibilities
Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
