Job Title: Data Entry SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately entering customer orders, organizing sales documentation, and providing excellent customer service support within a customer-centric office setting.

Responsibilities

Ensure in-person attendance in the office.

Accurately key in customer orders into proprietary software programs.

Organize and file all completed customer sales orders.

Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as handling overflow customer phone calls during peak seasons and collating pricing material or sales promotional documentation.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in office administration, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role.

Phenomenal data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Advanced computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, ideally with residential roofing or siding.

High school diploma or GED.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
