INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is part of the leadership team within the department. This position shall be responsible for the implementation, training, monitoring, sustaining, and improving the school division's Professional Performance Process and electronic personnel records system. This position assists administrators in providing high-quality feedback for growth and development, interpreting laws, policies, and regulations related to the management of the hiring process, and monitoring the employee evaluation systems and human resources metrics as they relate to all employees.

SALARY:

Grade 17: $110,944 - $193,871 per year (competitive benefits)
