Requires 10+ years SAP FI/CO Solution experience in Material Costing in SAP using SAP PMMO or GPD for A&D industry.

Work directly with the client to structure and implement complex technology solutions around SAP S4 Hana.

Successful candidate must have an handson expertise in SAP S4HANA Project System with specialization in designing GPD (Grouping, Pegging and Distribution) / PMMO solution for an US based Aerospace and Defense company.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Solution Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Material Costing within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a specialization in SAP PMMO (Product Manufacturing Materials Organization) or GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution). This role involves working directly with clients to structure and implement complex technology solutions tailored to the needs of a US-based Aerospace and Defense company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize complex SAP S/4HANA solutions focused on Material Costing and Project System (PS).

Specialize in SAP PMMO or GPD solutions to automate inventory processes for parts and associated costs, ensuring smooth transitions between contracts.

Design and implement Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution (GPD) strategies for highly regulated manufacturing processes, adhering to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) standards.

Lead the development of customized solutions within SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Project System (PS) and Material Costing modules

Provide guidance on SAP best practices, ensuring solutions are aligned with industry standards and client requirements.

Offer direct support to client teams, facilitating seamless integration and user adoption of SAP solutions.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring high-quality results within project timelines.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and discussions with stakeholders to address complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, specializing in Material Costing within the Aerospace & Defense industry.

Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS), especially in the context of GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) and PMMO.

Proven expertise in SAP PMMO or GPD in automating and managing the inventory process across multiple contracts.

Strong understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industry, particularly in highly regulated manufacturing environments governed by FAR.

Demonstrated experience in designing grouping strategies as part of a GPD solution for complex manufacturing processes.

Strong customer-facing consulting skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
