At Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine, our Car Wash Team Members play a vital role in delivering an elevated client experience. They are essential to our success and directly impact overall client satisfaction. These team members are responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles that have been sold or serviced, ensuring each vehicle meets the highest standards of presentation. Not only do these members have the unique opportunity to work on some of the most iconic and innovative automotive brands, but they also gain valuable exposure to other positions within Avondale’s Group of Dealerships.
Responsibilities:
Greets clients and escorts client to appropriate memberParks cars in designated areasRetrieves cars for clientsNotifies Service Advisor if client is waitingKeeps drive free of vehicles and clean and clear of debrisMaintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operationHelps clients transfer luggage or packages between carsAssists techs in moving inoperable vehiclesAlerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehiclesDrives clients to requested destination as needed
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable).
