Senior UX Researcher

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our Client's team.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the product design team in an iterative, user-centered design process

Lead research responsibilities on complex, cross-functional projects that span various domains of work

Analyze data from qualitative studies, including usability tests, interviews, participatory design, and heuristic evaluations

Conduct foundational research to help inform product and design strategy

Be a thought leader, collaborating with cross-functional teams in idea generation & exploration

Lead the design, execution, and coordination of high-impact research studies (generative, evaluative, in-person, remote, moderated, unmoderated, and beyond)

Translate research findings into actionable insights and specific design recommendations

Partner with Market Research and Consumer Insights and Analytics teams to create a 360 view of user data to inform design

Help maintain a well-organized and easily accessible database of past research documentation

A strong passion for design research and user-centered design

Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research
