Overview
Conagra Brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer. As part of the HR team, this role will perform a variety of administrative responsibilities for CHRO. Partnering with key stakeholders and will maintain professionalism, efficiency, communication, discretion, and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, including board members, you will deal with a wide range of sensitive issues under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The dynamic nature of this role requires that you have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the needs of the CHRO. The role must work with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the senior leadership team, board members, leaders that report to CHRO and executive assistants of SLT.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CHRO.
Be responsible for scheduling and managing the calendar including prioritizing, resolving related conflicts, and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external partners, with a sense of urgency and the utmost confidentiality.
Coordinate travel and related requirements to include flight tickets, hotel bookings, expense reports.
Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner with speed, routing them to the appropriate individuals, and organizing catering.
Independently administer several assigned responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.
Contribute to the excellent reputation of the organization through professional, and respectful interactions internally and externally.
Proofread, answer, and compose routine correspondence both handwritten and electronic, including board communications and other related materials for senior management; prepare selective summaries and any follow-up actions for the CHRO.
Undertake special projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the CHRO.
Provide support in arranging meetings including collation of speaking notes or briefing notes, handling logistics, such as conference registrations, room reservations (internal and external), and local travel.
Qualifications:
College degree in business management or related field, or training in executive assistant/administrative secretarial skills, office management or administrative studies.
7+ years supporting C- Level Executives.
Exceptional Organizational Skills:
Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively: Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines, requiring excellent time management skills. Maintaining detailed records and systems: This includes managing calendars, organizing documents, and keeping track of important information. Using technology for organization: Leveraging tools like project management software, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Tungsten
Strong Communication Skills:
Clear and professional written and verbal communication: Effective communication for conveying information accurately, both internally and externally. Active listening and understanding needs: Exceptional ability to be able to understand and anticipate the needs of the executive and their team. Building relationships: Strong communication skills are essential for fostering positive relationships with colleagues, HR community, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Technology:
Using office software suites: Mastering programs like Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Adapting to new software and technology: Being able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as they are introduced

Compensation: Pay Range:$79,400-$127,600
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
