Job Title: Outside Sales – Contractor Cabinet Sales
About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive contractor cabinet sales. This role focuses on growing and maintaining relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractors by offering high-quality cabinet solutions and outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with residential and commercial contractors
Prospect new accounts and expand business within assigned territory
Provide product knowledge, pricing, and cabinet design support to clients
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, ordering, and delivery
Conduct job site visits as needed to support customers and projects
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and growth targets
Qualifications:
2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in cabinets, millwork, or building materials
Strong knowledge of cabinet lines and installation practices
Ability to read construction plans and understand project scopes
Self-starter with excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
