We're looking for a Construction Coordinator/Office Admin who thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenesespecially for our subcontractors and field crews. If you're organized, solutions-oriented, and eager to play a central role in coordinating high-quality homebuilding efforts, we want to meet you.
This role is an opportunity to support the boots-on-the-ground buildersensuring they get paid on time, have daily direction and access to what they need to do their best work. It's part scheduling hub, part documentation pro, part human glue. You'll help shape the rhythm of our builds, reduce friction in day-to-day operations, and ultimately help our subcontractors succeedso our homeowners can thrive.

Your Impact: Supporting Subcontractors & Project Flow
Be a day-to-day point of contact for subcontractorshelping get them paid, coordinating schedules, communicating expectations, and resolving issues quickly
Keep project calendars, task reminders, and jobsite logistics in sync so nothing falls through the cracks
Support procurement and deliveries: confirm materials are ordered, tracked, and arriving on time to keep trades moving
Assist with subcontractor documentationlicenses, insurance, contracts, and compliance
Help process invoices, purchase orders, and change orders efficiently and transparently
Organize and maintain up-to-date jobsite files, finish schedules, and inspection checklists
Track selection and approval processes for finishes and fixturesmaking sure trades get the right info at the right time
Offer day-to-day administrative support to the office and field team as needed
What You Bring to the Table
2+ years in construction coordination, field support, or administrative roles (residential construction preferred)
A collaborative, respectful Bi-Lingual communication style with both field and office teams
Experience managing schedules, tracking deliverables, and staying on top of details
Tech-comfortable (Google Workspace, project management tools like Buildertrend or similar)
Spanish/English bilingual
Eagerness to support a fast-moving team and improve systems as we grow
Must be able to work on-site in Altadena, CA
