Great work/life balance. Job Responsibilities:

Grind, sand, and polish stainless steel surfaces to achieve desired finishes.

Remove welds, burrs, scratches, or other imperfections using hand tools, power tools, or polishing equipment.

Follow precise measurements and tolerances to ensure accurate finishing.

Clean and finish welds on stainless steel components to blend with surrounding surfaces.

Support fabrication teams by finishing welded assemblies and ensuring smooth transitions.

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of finished parts to verify quality standards.

Identify and report surface defects or inconsistencies.

Maintain grinding, sanding, and polishing tools in good working condition.

Use appropriate safety equipment and follow safety protocols when operating finishing machinery.

Ensure proper labeling and storage of finished parts to prevent damage or contamination..

Communicate any issues or material shortages to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Be able to work Mon - Fri from 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.

Experience finishing metals.

Experience using sanding or finishing tools.

Keen eye for detail.

Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Repetitive work.

Standing, bending, walking.
