Job Title: Senior Dynamics Business Analyst

Location: Romeoville, IL

Pay Rate: $90-$120k

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Dynamics Business Analyst / Business Reporting professional to join our IT team. This role will focus on supporting and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related business processes. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business units and IT, offering solutions to improve reporting, data integrity, and end-user functionality. This position also includes daily maintenance of D365 and support for key integrated modules.

Key Responsibilities

Gain a comprehensive understanding of data structures and business processes within D365.

Act as a liaison between business units and IT for all D365-related initiatives.

Provide daily support for D365 users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Support and maintain SK Globalâ s Treasury Automation and SignUp Softwareâ s Exflow modules.

Create and maintain reports using Power BI, Sigma, and Jet Reports.

Collaborate with the EDI Coordinator to resolve D365/EDI issues.

Provide training and create user documentation for staff.

Support system updates, including D365 environments (Test, Stage, and Production).

Utilize a helpdesk ticketing system to manage and document user requests.

Qualifications & Experience

2â 4 years of experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment (e.g., Oracle, AX, D365).

Prior experience with Microsoft D365 implementation and integrations is preferred.

Proven ability to assess business needs and recommend process improvements and technical solutions.

Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.

Familiarity with SK Global Treasury Automation and SignUpâ s Exflow is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is required.

Work Environment

Typical office environment.

Occasional overtime may be required during month-end close.

Immediately report any food safety or quality issues to supervisors or quality assurance personnel.

Alert management to any unsafe or out-of-specification product, materials, or equipment.
