At Saputo, the Export and Ingredient Demand Analyst plays a vital responsibility in supply chain and business planning by analyzing and forecasting customer demand to help Saputo make informed decisions about our production, inventory and sales strategies.
How you will make contributions that matter...
Lead weekly calls with the Ingredient and International sales team and gather updates on demand trends, customer contracts, new item launches, and historical customer performance
Facilitate the communication between sales and sales operations to the export and ingredient supply analyst and operations team
Partner with export and ingredient supply analyst to provide an outlook of global sales demand and what we want manufactured based on available raw material
Provide direction to our ingredient manufacturing facilities plants on final goods needed by product mix
Report and communicate product inventory levels and partner with sales to sell through inventory in order to mitigate additional warehousing costs to the company
Manage allocation of customer contracts and upcoming orders by ensuring inventory is available to meet demand
Assemble and report customer and market insights for existing and new upcoming items
Interpret and analyze market trends, pricing, and microeconomic and macroeconomic climates globally and how this will impact future demand
Compile executive summary that includes performance reports of international sales by category, and current global market pricing conditions on a weekly basis to management
Gather data for monthly IBP S&OP meeting and report on the global demand outlook and performance versus budget for international cheese and ingredients.
Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders by engaging in continuous improvement of supply chain process to ensure that best practices are being executed
You are best suited for the role if you…
2-4 years’ experience in supply chain, international industry preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent work experience required.
Advanced in Excel and Microsoft Applications
Experience with SAP BI, and SAP software solutions (preferred)
Proficient in data retrieval, database manipulation/organization, and root cause analysis
Skilled at time management and prioritization of tasks where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.
Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Salary Range: 71,805 - $92,245
Salary offers vary commensurate with skills, experience, education, and training.
This position requires a hybrid work schedule based out of Milwaukee, WI. Candidates are required to work onsite at our Milwaukee, WI (Wauwatosa, WI) a minimum of 3 days per week.
