About the Role

The Senior AI Solutions Consultant is an integral part of Latham’s Technology and Information Services team. This role will be responsible for executing advanced business process improvements through automation and AI-powered solutions, as well as quantitatively mapping and evaluating critical business processes. This role will be located in our Downtown Los Angeles office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

Creating advanced data-driven process improvement plans, identifying key resources and gaps

Ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and met

Presenting findings to the wider team as well as firm leadership

Acting as a liaison between the business service departments, development, and machine learning teams

Overseeing process improvement projects from initial documentation through to successful implementation

Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Display a proven ability to quantitatively map and evaluate complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

Possess skills in designing and executing process improvement plans based on robust data analysis, highlighting key resources and addressing operational gaps

Demonstrate familiarity with RPA tools, large language models (LLMs), and commercial AI/ML products

And have:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably a master’s degree

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, showcasing a track record of implementing automation, AI solutions, and process improvement initiatives

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience documenting and deep diving into business processes from both a business and technical standpoint

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical expertise in driving technical solutions through various avenues like RPA (Automation), Data Science, and AI
