Marketing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing and sales team in executing campaigns and strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess strong communication and project management skills.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.

Coordinate and track marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Create and edit content for emails, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms.

Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, product launches, and open houses.

Maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and vendors, to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategy development.

Projects as needed in the marketing group.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Basic understanding of SEO and social media best practices.
