Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, contacting potential new guests, and assisting with operations of different events at the property. Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the hotel

Answer guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience during their stay

Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing in a timely and professional manner

Ensure all guest requests and complaints are promptly addressed, escalating issues as needed

Maintain accurate guest records and data entry in the hotel management system

Make and serve hand-crafted cocktails to hotel guests and external customers

Make and serve bar food menu

Prep food for breakfast, evening menu, and bar

Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the lodge, bathrooms, bar, and kitchen

Assist in the creation and execution of groups, weddings, and events

Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations for group bookings and events

Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive event opportunities

Follow up with group clients post-event to gather feedback and foster future business

Establish and maintain communication with customers via phone and email to answer their inquiries and requests

Experience in group coordination or event management

Knowledge of local attractions and venues to assist in group planning

High school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred

Have a flexible schedule that can be adapted based on events being held at the property

Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively

Stays organized and manages time well
