Job Title: Substance Abuse Therapist / Licensed Therapist

Position Overview:

We are hiring dedicated Substance Abuse Therapists / Licensed Therapists to join our team at our Chattanooga location. You will provide clinical counseling services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders, working within a supportive, ethical, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention as needed

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and coordinate patient care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Required Qualifications:

Education: Master's in social work, Counseling, or related field

Licensure (TN only): LMSW, LMFT, LPC (without MHSP also acceptable), or working toward licensure

Experience: At least 1 year working with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders

Certifications: Must have or obtain current CPR and First Aid certification Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: Negotiable based on your experience and licensure level

Candidates are encouraged to share their minimum acceptable hourly rate
