2.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Epic Charting system and Pyxis Medication cabinets.

3.Required skills and minimum years of experience. General Medicine Competencies and Minimally 1 year experience in Gen Med or more acute settings

4.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS

5. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) General Medicine Floors Unit does help cover any adult overflow (primarily on G200)

7.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.13 Bed Observation Unit. 8.Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only), 1/5 nurse ratio with a Charge Nurse resource
