Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Construction Job Site Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in job site management and running a working crew. This is an On The Road Position. Our crews regularly travel throughout New York State and sometimes out of state. The individual project will determine the length of travel. Typically, crews leave our shop on Monday and return on Friday.

Salary: Base salary $80, 000 plus prevailing wages, total expected compensation $130, 000+

Responsibilities:·Plan, organize, and supervise job site construction projects from start to finish·Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crew in conjunction with ownership and project management·Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget·Interpret and explain scope of work and technical information to workers·Implement and enforce safety regulations on site·Collaborate with project managers to address issues and ensure smooth project progression

· Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role

· Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

· OSHA Certification

· Valid Driver's License

· Must be willing to travel
