Work Dates Needed: Ongoing Preferred Schedule: All shifts are 700 - 1530 or 700 - 1930.

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 12.5 hours shifts.

Thursday 8.5 hour shift Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 12.5 hour shift Worksite Setting: Hospital Scope of Work: General Surgery, Urology, Plastics, Orthopaedics, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, Endoscopy Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NBCRNA EMR: Cerner
