Create housing permit documents in Japanese and process while coordinating with both Filipino staff and Japanese staff from the Japan office Effectively communicate between the Japanese counterparts and other related parties.

Able to read architectural drawings in Japanese and how to use Japanese CAD software.

Check accurate records for architectural documentations.
