Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. </p><p></p><p>Su dia a dia:</p><ul><li>Realiza tareas de mantenimiento, limpieza y reparacion de la facilidad bajo la direccion del supervisor y/o lider de grupo.</li><li>Implementa tecnicas de reparacion y pintura de paredes en interiores y exteriores.</li><li>Movimiento de muebles, equipos, y estantes del area de trabajo.</li><li>Instalacion de accesorios, esquineros, cuadros, cortinas, pizarras, letreros, alfombras.</li><li>Lavado a presion de superficies exteriores, aceras, y areas adyacentes de los edificios.</li><li>Utilizacion de herramientas manuales y equipos portatiles.</li><li>Manejo de equipos elevados como "aerial lift", "scissor lift" segun sea necesario para tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento.</li><li>Instalaciones y reparaciones de pisos de interior.</li><li>Realiza tareas simples de plomeria.</li><li>Asiste en tareas del personal tecnico mecanico segun sea necesario (como funcionamiento de puertas, cortinas de aire, aires acondicionados).</li><li>Levanta peso de hasta 50 libras, usa escaleras portatiles, sube escaleras fijas para acceder a otro nivel del edificio, accede a los techos y areas mecanicas y de utilidades de la facilidad.</li><li>Documenta en computadora las ordenes de trabajos en los sistemas de informacion requeridos (CMMS) - Maximo o su equivalente.</li><li>Otras funciones y tareas asignadas segun sea requerido por el supervisor y/o lider de grupo.</li><li>Se recibiran entrenamientos contantes para desarrollar el trabajo de forma segura.</li></ul><p></p><p>Se requiere:</p><ul><li>1 a 2 anos de experiencia en tareas relacionadas a mantenimiento general.</li><li>Capacidad de documentar ordenes de trabajo en computadora.</li><li>Capacidad de trabajar en horarios extendidos segun sea necesario.</li><li>Capacidad para trabajar en altura ("aerial lift"), acceder a techos usando escaleras fijas, trabajar en aereas de posible ruido y cambios en temperatura.</li><li>Licencia de conducir al dia.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Location:</b></p><p></p>On-site -Juncos, PR<p></p><p>If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
