Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Machines: Take command of cutting-edge CNC machines to execute tasks like drilling, grinding, and milling with unmatched precision. Guarantee every cut and fabrication meets the highest quality standards, showcasing your craftsmanship.

Read and Interpret Blueprints: Dive into blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to bring designs to life. Leverage this knowledge to expertly set up and adjust machinery, ensuring flawless execution.

Set Up and Adjust Machinery: Masterfully configure CNC machines with the right fixtures, attachments, and tooling. Fine-tune machine settings to optimize performance and efficiency, making every job a success.

Perform Routine Maintenance: Keep our cutting-edge machinery in peak condition with regular maintenance and inspections. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Inspect Finished Products: Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet exact specifications. Make precise adjustments to correct any discrepancies, delivering perfection every time.

Collaborate with Team Members: Join forces with a talented and dedicated team to achieve production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues, contributing to a seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a CNC Machine Operator, with a strong background in the steel or metal fabrication industry.

Technical Skills: Advanced skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
