Due to our growth, we are seeking a SharePoint Analyst who will be responsible for defining, analyzing, documenting organizational business requirements, and providing configuration and implementation of requirements within a SharePoint platform. Description of Duties:

Participates in requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to determine project requirements.

Responsible for analyzing specific business processes and needs, then producing detailed documentation of the required functionality.

Provide fundamental guidance within all aspects of SharePoint software including technical capabilities with the understanding of technical and business requirements, and configuration methods.

Perform SharePoint implementation and configuration.

Utilize Power Automate and no code Power Apps to meet the technical needs of the client.

Support migrations between versions of SharePoint including on-premises to online migrations.

Handle configuration, maintenance, and administration of SharePoint and Power Platform and use out of the box tools to find solutions. This will include setup and configuration on new site builds, hub creation, Teams, Power Automate flows, Viva, and more.

Have a thorough understanding of security set ups in SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps and their effect on the functionality and interaction between sites and applications.

Providing gap analysis and needs assessments to uncover undocumented business requirements.

Proficient in researching technical and functional solutions to business problems.

Performs maintenance and administration functions within platform to support business needs including design and testing of configuration changes, scripts, or approved tools.

Capable of reviewing and revising existing project requirements and making process improvement recommendations.

Accountable for self-organization and tracking completion of assigned tasks including successful delivery of assigned project tasks/milestones.

Utilize delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira as directed by supervisor or project manager.

Supports organization and planning end-user training and support of training via demonstrations and documentation as needed.

Provides troubleshooting of system issues by applying advanced knowledge, replication of business processes, understanding of system functionality, and root cause analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in developing and/or delivering user requirements on a SharePoint platform.

Experience of SharePoint Online as well as older versions of SharePoint as a user and as a configurator.

Good Understanding of Sales, Service, Community, Apttus and App Cloud.

Experience with Salesforce.com configuration

Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, and documentation

Experience working in SDLC, testing and validating solutions, and working as a Business Analyst.

Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables.

Confident in making decisions, accurate, detailed-oriented, and able to problem solve/analyze.

Good interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication.

Functional and/or Technical Certifications as deemed appropriate for specialization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent job-related experience required.
