Pigment Consulting is leading the Oracle Digital Assistant and Intelligent Advisor (ODAI) workstream for a Defence Oracle HCM programme. We are now seeking a hands-on functional ODAI consultant to take ownership of this capability during Phase 2.

You’ll lead on configuring, documenting, and demonstrating digital assistant and guided interview prototypes based on the agreed design. This is a critical path role and ideal for someone with solid knowledge of Oracle Digital Assistant and Intelligent Advisor in public or regulated environments.

What you'll do:

Act as the functional lead for ODAI, turning agreed designs into working prototypes

Configure and document Oracle Digital Assistant chat flows and Intelligent Advisor decision models

Work closely with users to validate conversational and decision logic

Provide insight into automation opportunities using Oracle’s AI tools

Collaborate with Oracle HCM colleagues to ensure seamless integration and handover readiness

What you’ll bring:

Hands-on experience with Oracle Digital Assistant and Oracle Intelligent Advisor

Ability to design and configure user-centric digital journeys

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM integration points

Functional strength with technical awareness – comfortable bridging design and delivery

Prior Defence or public sector experience highly desirable;

This is a lead-level, client-facing role where your innovation and technical precision will shape how personnel interact with their HR services in the future.
