Arizona Fall League - Finance Associate

Job Summary: The Arizona Fall League seeks a finance associate to assist the league office during 2025 season.

Responsibilities: * Process and maintain vendor invoices and payment records * Assist in verifying and coding invoices for accurate payment processing * Support the reconciliation of vendor statements and account balances * Oversee player/coach reimbursement process * Help manage the vendor payment cycle, including preparing payment batches * Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial documentation * Assist in maintaining vendor contact information and payment records * Participate in month-end financial closing processes.

Qualifications: * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel * Strong work ethic, conscientious about timeliness and deadlines * Desire to learn new tasks and support a team * Expectation of 10-15 hours per week * Position begins in late September and runs through mid-November * Hourly stipend applies Pay Rate: $22-25 per hour The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
