Introduction:
The DevSecOps Engineers supporting the CC&B project will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring and alerting, monitoring batch, creating and implementing batch dashboards, creating automation for application restarts and improving the fusion and CC&B deployment pipelines.
What you will be doing:
Track CPU, memory, and storage usage of batch jobs to ensure optimal performance
Monitor error rates and access logs to quickly identify and resolve issues
Security and Compliance:
Measure the throughput and latency of batch jobs to ensure they meet performance requirements
Track the success rates of batch jobs to identify and address any failures
Set up alerts and notifications for critical events and thresholds
Location and Travel Details:
This opportunity is client facing in the Lorton, VA area and requires full onsite presence.
Required for this role:
Expertise with the Automation of batch process with manual work arounds or exception processing
Batch dashboards
Automated pipeline deployment
Experience with deploying and configuring batch monitoring tools
Implementation of batch performance dashboard
Deep understanding of OCI services and architecture
Proficiency in using automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins to streamline security processes
Knowledge of languages such as Python, Java, and Bash for scripting and automation
Understanding of secure coding techniques to prevent vulnerabilities
Expertise in middleware technologies such as Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and SOA Suite
