Mentor intermediate and junior developers, and contribute to internal documentation and coding standards.

Collaborate with business units (Finance, Legal Support, and Client Services) to implement technical solutions that meet operational needs.

Oversee deployment pipelines and environments using Docker, CI/CD, and Linux-based infrastructure.

Develop and enhance automated tests (unit, integration, functional) to ensure long-term system stability.
