ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules to support business workflows and improve IT service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, implement solutions, and ensure the ServiceNow platform aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, or ITOM modules

Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs

Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing system maintenance

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and reviews

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (server/client side)

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
