What's the Short Version?
The HRIS Analyst partners with HR directors and their teams to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact and is responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also administers compliance programs and related reporting, and supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
What Will You Be Doing?
Provide production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of HRIS system upgrades or fixes; maintain HRIS system tables.
Lead and evaluate compliance programs (I-9 Management/Audits, Affirmative Action, Drug Screenings, Unemployment, file/document retention); prepare and file required state and federal reports (EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP).
Conduct regular internal audits of system data, and assist with data needs including auditing, communication, and processing.
Support projects and process improvements and apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
Support implementations and administration of new and existing HR technology.
Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train users on new or updated systems.
Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy; stay abreast of upcoming changes in reporting compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years HRIS related experience.
Experience with ADP is preferred.
Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all work performed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, ADP Vantage, Greenhouse, Power BI, or related software.
What's Our Offer?
Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience.
Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?
Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
