Job Description:
Lead technical portions of the capture and proposal processes
Architect compliant and compelling solutions, write articulate proposal responses, and be able to orally present such solutions to customers with high level of confidence.
Design technical solutions to complex IT requirements
Understand landscape of potential solutions available in the market and engage with partners and vendors to determine optimal solutions by performing alternative analysis.
Develop basis of estimates based on the SOW, SOO or PWS
Prepare responses to Requests for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought (SS) to help position the company for competition.
Coordinate with technical teams, operations teams, and teaming partners to develop win themes, identify key discriminators and price to win strategies.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, partners and others to help position the company for and shape the acquisition strategy of potential opportunities. Participate in proposal orals as required.
Support Bd/No Bid decisions by reviewing opportunities against Client's capability areas and past performance experience.
Support Client's brand development and market outreach activities. Create marketing content and materials as required to present the company and its end-to-end solutions. Represent the company at networking events and in professional associations.
Job Requirements:
Must have past experience developing software.
Must have Azure background, .NET, Cloud migration and development, who has consolidated multiple databases.
Knowledge of industry proposal practices, including Shipley Best Practices
Ability to communicate at various levels of management including executives, project managers, technical personnel, and client organizations effectively.
Excellent communication skills with high level of proficiency in business and technical writing, editing, and proofreading.
Experience with supporting IDIQ and Task Order responses via contract vehicles.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Pricing experience is a plus.
Education & Certifications:
BS degree with a minimum of ten years of technical architecture experience, preferably in large enterprise solutions.
ITIL, SAFe Agilist, CISSP or other technical certifications are highly desired.
Should be able to clear a government background check.
DoD clearance is a plus.
