Position Overview: The company is looking for motivated engineers with a passion for Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement. The ideal candidate will be eager to apply Kaizen and Six Sigma principles to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in continuous improvement projects to drive cost savings and efficiency.

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing operations using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.

• Assist in troubleshooting and solving technical issues within the plant.

• Contribute to the company's commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).

• Internship or Co-op experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (the company does not sponsor visas).
