We're on the lookout for a confident and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Director of Administration at our Long Beach office.

What You'll Be Doing: Being the friendly first voice for new and existing customers—handling high call volume and routing them to the right project managers.

Juggling admin tasks that keep operations flowing.

Supporting light accounts payable and receivable processes.

Working closely with a tight-knit team that values communication and efficiency.
