We're hiring a Mechanical Designer to join our team in Wausau, WI. This is a full-time, salaried role (7:00 AM-4:00 PM) offering the opportunity to work on custom mechanical projects across industries like mining, food and dairy, wood products, pulp and paper, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and revise detailed AutoCAD/Inventor mechanical drawings

Collaborate with Project Managers and shop personnel

Ensure design accuracy based on specs and customer needs

Help identify and resolve production challenges

Some direct customer interaction

Opportunity for advancement to Project Manager

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Mechanical Design (required)

Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Inventor

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
