The Compensation & HRIS Analyst plays a dual-role in supporting the company's Total Rewards strategy and HR technology ecosystem. This position is responsible for the analysis, administration, and maintenance of compensation programs and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The analyst ensures data integrity, provides analytical insights, and supports global initiatives that drive compliance, equity, and scalability as the company grows. This role also provides recommendations and executes ongoing continuous improvement of policies, practices and systems to enhance employee & manager experience and drive more efficient processes.
Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis & Support
Conduct market pricing using salary surveys and benchmark data to support job leveling, salary structures, and compensation decisions
Administer annual compensation planning cycles including merit, bonus, and equity programs
Support the development and maintenance of compensation guidelines, pay bands, and job architecture
Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and internal equity policies
Collaborate with HR business partners and Talent Acquisition on compensation offers and internal movement reviews
HRIS Management & Analytics
Maintain and optimize the HRIS (ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, etc.), including data governance, role-based access, workflows, and integrations
Serve as a subject matter expert and system administrator for core HR modules such as compensation, job profiles, and position management
Develop and deliver dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc data analyses for stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Operations
Lead or support HRIS-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user training
Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency and compliance across sites
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation and/or HRIS roles, preferably in a manufacturing or life sciences environment
Proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, or WTW) and experience conducting job evaluations
Strong working knowledge of an enterprise HRIS system (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive data with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate across all levels/functions
Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Global experience and understanding of regional compensation practices preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus
Experiencing leveraging AI tools
