Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: Manager, Human Resources Client Partnerships.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support our efforts in providing effective HR policy and other labor relations support within our healthcare and corporate teams.

Do you have great experience in navigating multiple unionized landscapes, providing strategic HR and labor relations support to multi-level stakeholder groups, ensuring proactive problem solving, championing best practices and ensuring regulatory compliance?

As an HR Client Partner, you will advise, coach, and support management personnel in the management of human resources related operations, including but not limited to: employee and labour relations issues, interpretation of various employment/legal documentation, creation and delivery of training/development material, cross functional HR team support, recruitment/selection process, attendance and return to work matters, including Duty to involving performance, disciplinary action, and attendance management.

• Stakeholders’ Engagement: Work as a strategic partner to multi-level stakeholder groups in other HR teams to exchange information and process updates from a labor relations HR Policy Education and Training: Develop and present education and training on Human Project Management: Complete relevant documentations; special projects and initiatives to continuously improve the organization’s capacity to deliver on HR/labor relations initiatives.
