Cyber Security Specialist (Calgary) : Up to $85,000 Base

A rapidly growing financial services company is seeking an experienced cybersecurity specialist to join its SecOps team and participate in all SecOps and Vulnerability Management activities!

Responsibilities:

Fine-tune the SIEM tool to enable incident response capabilities

Create SIEM playbooks and cases, ingest logs and automate SIEM capability

Lead the incident response and remediation

Conduct regular vulnerability scans

Assist the engineering team on all new security tool deployments

Create InfoSec Policies and Controls in line with ISO, SOC2 and PCI-DSS

Skills/Must have:

SIEM administration, tuning and enhancement experience

Incident response experience

Vulnerability scanning experience

Information Security Compliance Experience - ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC 2

Experience creating security controls and policies
