Job Description

The Ecommerce Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the ecommerce operations at RallyHouse.com, with a primary focus on leveraging NetSuite to streamline and optimize our online platform. This role involves leading efforts to audit and manage product data, as well as developing comprehensive ecommerce strategies within the NetSuite environment. Key responsibilities will include conducting detailed audits of ecommerce processes and ensuring the seamless integration of NetSuite with other digital platforms. The ecommerce specialist will also oversee the initiation and management of hot market launches in response to major sports events. This position is crucial for driving sales of officially licensed sports merchandise and apparel, and for delivering an exemplary online customer experience.

Responsibilities- Oversee the integration and data synchronization between NetSuite and other digital platforms, coordinating closely with buying and marketing teams to ensure up-to-date product information and availability.

- Conduct comprehensive audits of product content within NetSuite, optimizing for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness to enhance sales and customer engagement.

- Manage the deployment and successful launch of Hot Market products in response to significant sporting events for efficient rollout and optimization.

- Administer the backend of the ecommerce platform, focusing on NetSuite optimizations to improve user experience and streamline processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ecommerce initiatives are well-integrated with overall business strategies and contribute to the achievement of broader corporate goals.

- Participate in the management of the e-commerce platform's backend, ensuring an intuitive user experience and seamless checkout process.

Skills and KnowledgeDetail oriented, Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software – NetSuite experience preferred, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Preferred 1 - 2 years of experience.
