Job Description
We are seeking skilled assemblers to support increased demand in our Harlan, IA facility by starting a second shift. This role involves assembling cable and cord reels and requires passing a drug screen. The project may last 3-6 months or longer, with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities
Assemble cables for gears using mechanical and electrical skills.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Read and interpret blueprints and bills of materials.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.Essential Skills
Mechanical and electrical assembly experience.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
Experience with hand tools and power tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in assembly and manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
