This is a full-time role for a Senior Estimator. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, analyzing blueprints, preparing bids, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Experience in project estimation and analysis

Proficiency in analyzing blueprints and preparing bids

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating project costs

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
